Privacy Policy

The short version
Rise Day has no accounts and no server that stores your data. Everything you write in the app (habits, schedule, tasks, goals, journal) stays in your browser, on your device. We cannot see it.
What we receive when you buy
- Your email address and the payment confirmation, from Stripe, to send you the license key. We keep this information to be able to resend your key and to answer your requests.
- We never see your card number: payment details are handled entirely by Stripe (Stripe's privacy policy).
The license email is sent through an email delivery provider acting on our behalf, which processes your address only to deliver that message. If you write to support@riseday.co, we keep the conversation to help you.
The website and the app
- riseday.co is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security purposes.
- The website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
- The app stores your data and your preferences (theme, language, license key) in your browser's local storage. Clearing the browser data deletes them; the export function in the app creates a backup file you control.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction or deletion, or object to a processing, by writing to support@riseday.co. Deleting your email address on our side does not affect the data stored on your device, which is yours. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Who is responsible
Healvia (Andrea Di Marco), VAT IT03852100837, Via del Vespro 19, 98122 Messina, Italy, is the data controller for the information described on this page.
